Lifewell has seven outpatient facilities known as LifeWellness Centers (LWC Oak, LWC Beryl, LWC Windsor, LWC Mitchell, LWC Power, LWC South Mountain, and LWC University). The implementation of the LifeWellness Centers has allowed the integration of our outpatient, rehabilitation, and health & wellness services to offer an array of services at one “hub” location. Lifewell staff aim to inspire individuals to live healthy, live happy, and live well.

Lifewell outpatient services provide behavioral health, medication, and wellness services to assist adults 18+ in reaching desired life goals. Services are strength-based, goal-oriented, evidenced-based, and are planned to be short-term. Treatment goals, frequency of services, and length of stay will vary per the individual needs of each behavioral health recipient.
