Alexandra oversees the Human Resources Department at Lifewell and provides strategic leadership to talent acquisition, employee relations, staffing and retention, compensation, benefits and legal and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Lifewell in 2009, Alexandra served in various Human Resources roles with increasing responsibilities.
Alexandra received her Master’s Degree in Law from the Paris-Lodron University of Salzburg (Austria). She has earned several professional Human Resources certifications and currently holds her SPHR and SHRM-CP. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her family and pets, working on home improvement projects and playing tennis.
