As Chief Clinical Officer, Nicole oversees all aspects of Lifewell’s integrated service continuum of care including physical health, outpatient services, psychosocial rehabilitation, residential services, and community living.
Nicole has extensive experience working in the provider community developing, implementing, and evaluating programs using evidence-based strategies. Nicole has been with the organization since 2002, with over 18 years of experience in the behavioral health field and has previously served in several clinical positions during her tenure.
Nicole earned a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and Human Development from Arizona State University. She has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Phoenix and Rio Salado Community College facilitating psychology and substance use courses. She also served as a content expert advisor for the California Board of Behavioral Sciences professional clinical counseling licensing test development.
On a personal note, Nicole enjoys spending time with family, sports, outdoor activities, and traveling.
